The Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University’s mission is to redefine the future of celiac disease and treatment through continuing advances in patient care, research, education, and patient advocacy. The Center provides comprehensive medical care, including nutritional counseling, for adult and pediatric patients with celiac disease. The Center diagnoses and treats thousands of patients annually from around the world, and has a core of researchers leading some of the most important science in the field, through studies that incorporate immunology, epidemiology, neurological and psychiatric disorders, pediatric issues, and nutrition. www.celiacdiseasecenter.columbia.edu
